• Make sure your device (mobile/tab/laptop/desktop) is ready and at your disposal for appearing for the online exam.
• Make sure you have a good and stable internet connection.
• Students should keep ready and be seated in front of their devices at least 10 minutes before the exam commences.
• Students are required to type their name and select the std. to mark their attendance.
• Name and Standard must remain same at the time of downloading Question Paper and uploading the Answer Script on Website.
• You will have 45 minutes to complete your Test.
• Make sure you DO NOT open any other link/tab on your browser apart from the exam link during the online exam.
• For subjects that requires rough work, make sure you do the rough works on blank sheet and not on any notebook.
• Students are advised to submit their Answer Script well before the deadline. The picture of the answer sheets, to be uploaded, should be clear and legible. ( As a PDF /JPG).
• Make sure you appear for the online exam sitting alone in a well lit room with no background noise during the entire process of the exam.
• If any student is found to use unfair means or if the student is not visible on camera during the entire course of the online exam, that student’s exam will be disqualified.

નમસ્કાર વાલી અને વિદ્યાર્થી મિત્રો,
ઓનલાઈન પરિક્ષા આપતા પહેલા કાળજીપૂર્વક બધી સૂચનાઓ વાંચો અને તેનો અચૂક અમલ કરો.
1) પરીક્ષાર્થીએ પરીક્ષા શરુ થવાના ૧૦ મિનીટ પહેલા બધીજ તેયારી કરી લેવી જેમ કે તમારું ઉપકરણ (મોબાઈલ/ટેબ્લેટ/લેપટોપ/પીસી) તમારું નેટ વગેરે બરાબર ચાલે છે કે નહિ તે તપાસી લેવું.
૨) વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પોતાનું નામ, ધોરણ વ્યવસ્થિત લખી હાજરી નક્કી કરવી.
3) પ્રશ્નપત્ર ડાઉનલોડ કરવા અને વેબસાઈટ પર જવાબવહી અપલોડ કરતી વખતે નામ અને ધોરણ સમાન હોવું જોઈએ.
4) પરીક્ષા સમય દરમિયાન પરીક્ષા લીંક સિવાય તમારા વેબ બ્રાઉઝર પર કોઈ અન્ય લિંક / ટેબ ખોલી શકાશે નહિ.
5) ઓનલાઈન પરીક્ષા દરમિયાન પેપર પૂર્ણ ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી વિદ્યાર્થીએ કેમેરાની સામે જ હોવા જોઈએ અન્યથા તે પરીક્ષાર્થીની પરીક્ષા રદ ગણવામાં આવશે.
6) એકાઉન્ટ, ગણિત જેવા ગાણિતિક વિષયમાં જો રફકામ કરવાની જરૂર પડે તો અગાઉથી કોરા કાગળ પાસે રાખવા. ચોપડાનો ઉપયોગ કરવો નહિ.
7) પરીક્ષા પૂર્ણ કર્યા પછી વ્યવસ્થિત આન્સર સીટના ફોટા પડી (પીડીએફ/જેપીજી) ફાઈલ બનાવી વ્યવસ્થિત રીતે અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે.
8) સમય મર્યાદાબાદ આન્સર સીટ અપલોડ થશે નહિ જેની તમામ પરીક્ષાર્થીએ ખાસ નોંધ લેવી.
